Our company is working in the metal industry since 1993, that’s why we can assure that we have enough experience and dependable staff. Our production managers and metal workers are qualified to do all kinds of metal works. We have certificates to do building constructions and industrial machinery.
Solid biofuel drying plant
Our drying plants are designed to dry coarse solid fuel fractions like sawdust, turf, straw and etc. to the required dryness. The main part of the drying plant is the drum, where the wet fractions are dried out with hot air. The maximum dryness that can be achieved is 2-3%. We produce different
capacity drying plants: standard outputs are 1000; 1800; 4000Kg/h. The plant can be integrated in to other production lines, or modified to fit the client premises.
Solid biofuel storage towers
We are manufacturing solid biofuel storage tower units which include loading and unloading systems. The content is loaded in to the tower by using moving air. The unloading is mechanical. Standard tower volumes are: 50; 75; 100; 125; 150 m3.
Chain conveyors
We produce different carrying capacity chain conveyors that can be used in solid biofuel and grain cultures transportation.
Bucket elevators
We produce different carrying capacity bucket elevators that can be used in solid biofuel and grain cultures transportation.Screw transporters
We produce different carrying capacity screw transporters that can be used in solid biofuel and grain cultures transportation.
Air transportation systems
We produce different carrying capacity blowers that can be used in air supply, air suction systems, solid biofuel and grain cultures transportation.
Mass precipitators (cyclones)
We can produce different sizes cyclones that are designed to separate solid particles from the main air stream. These cyclones can also be modified to fit an existing production line.
Boilers
We produce solid fuel boilers. The power can be 100 – 500kW. The boilers can be used to heat the central heating system.
Hot air generators
We produce 0,5 - 4MW power hot air generators.
· Thegenerators are using only biofuels.
· We can produce hot air generators with movable grate which can burn wet biofuel.
